Well...maybe not ONLY in Travelers Rest. I'm certain you could see this sight any number of Upstate towns. This fella was busy working on the transformation of downtown TR. If you haven't been up that way lately, it has changed a lot! It's going to be pretty awesome when they're done and of course, I'll be posting photos!
You would be amazed how often this happens around my neck of the woods (Greenwood, SC). Yesterday on the way home from work, I actually had to merge into another lane for the guys trying to figure out how to shrink their bulldozer to fit under an overpass. It was a veritable symphony of road rage...
